What is EasyBub?

EasyBub is a UK-based online baby gear rental service. We provide premium-quality prams, travel cots, carriers, and travel accessories, giving parents a hassle-free and sustainable way to access the items they need - without the clutter or expense of ownership.

What kind of items do you offer?

Our collection includes travel prams, travel cots, baby carriers, and handy travel accessories. We’re expanding soon into playtime gear and a broader pram collection.

Why rent instead of buying?

Preparing for a baby can quickly become expensive, time-consuming, and tough on the planet. And with little ones growing and changing so fast, many products are barely used before they’re outgrown - or never loved to begin with. Renting is the simpler, smarter alternative.

How much does it cost?

Each product has its own rental fee, which depends on how long you need it - the longer you rent, the better the value. 

We’ll soon be offering flexible monthly subscription options too, so you can choose what works best for your family and save even more. There are no hidden costs: you’ll only pay the rental fee plus delivery.

Can I pre-order?

Yes, absolutely! You can pre-order your items to make sure they’re ready for the dates you need. We recommend booking early, especially for busy travel seasons, to avoid disappointment.

Are your items new?

Many items are new or nearly new, and all are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and safety-checked before each rental.

Delivery & Returns

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the UK using DPD Home Delivery or Royal Mail for your convenience. Reliable tracking and flexible delivery options mean you can choose what works best for your family. Please note, some remote areas may take a little longer - this will always be shown clearly at checkout.

How fast is delivery?

We typically ship with DPD or Royal Mail, who deliver within 1-3 days. Since we rely on third-party couriers, we recommend allowing a little extra time (around 3 days) if you're ordering for a holiday or special event - just to be safe. 

What happens if I am not for delivery?

Most of our items are sent via DPD. If you’re not in when they attempt delivery, DPD will send you a message with options to rearrange. If you need any help rebooking, just get in touch with us at hello@easybub.co.uk

How do I return an item?

At the end of your rental, simply visit our Returns Portal to book your return. You can choose the option that’s easiest for you - either a home collection or a nearby drop-off point. Just pack your item in the reusable packaging it arrived in, pop on the pre-paid label, and it’s ready to go.

How much do delivery & returns cost?

Delivery is a flat fee of £7.50. If your order includes several items and the total weight is over 20kg, we may need to send it in two parcels. We’ve kept delivery simple so there are no surprises at checkout.

Returns from mainland UK are completely free of charge!

How will I know if you’ve received my item?

As soon as your return reaches us, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You can rest assured that we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Account

Do I need an account?

Yes. Having an account allows us to securely manage your bookings, rental history, and delivery details. It also makes checkout quicker and easier for future rentals.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes! You can extend your rental period anytime by emailing us on hello@easybub.co.uk

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once your item has been dispatched, we’re unable to accept cancellations or changes to the delivery date.

Can I see my upcoming and past rentals?

Absolutely. Your account dashboard gives you a clear view of your rental history, current bookings, and any extensions you’ve made - all in one place, so you can easily keep track of what’s coming up and what you’ve already enjoyed.

Item Protection & Care

How do you clean the items?

Every item is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and inspected before it reaches your doorstep. All hard surfaces are sanitised using Dew Sanitising Water - a baby-safe solution that kills 99.9% of bacteria naturally without harmful chemicals.

For fabrics, we use Ecover Zero Non Bio liquid, a gentle, plant-based detergent that’s fragrance-free and specially designed for sensitive skin. Where suitable, items are also steam cleaned to eliminate 99.99%* of viruses, germs, and bacteria.

How do you maintain your products?

Every item is fully checked and safety-tested at the end of each rental. If any repairs or maintenance are needed, we immediately take the product out of circulation until it’s fixed and ready to go again. We’ve carefully chosen our range from trusted, high-quality brands, so you can be confident your baby is getting the very best. 

Is it safe to rent baby gear?

Yes - and we take that responsibility seriously. At EasyBub, every item is carefully checked, cleaned, and prepped so it’s safe, spotless, and ready for your little one. 

We inspect all gear for wear and tear, and test key features like wheels, brakes, straps, and recline mechanisms to make sure everything works smoothly. 

For cleaning, we use Dew Sanitising Water, a baby-safe formula that kills 99.9% of bacteria naturally, without any harsh chemicals. So you can feel confident renting from us - knowing your baby’s gear is as clean, safe, and loved as if it were our own.

Do I need to clean the item before returning it?

A light clean is appreciated, but don’t worry about deep cleaning - we take care of that.

What if something gets damaged?

We know life with little ones can be unpredictable, so don’t worry about the small stuff - normal wear and tear is always covered.

If something more serious happens, here’s what to expect:

  • If the item can be repaired, we’ll only charge for the repair.
  • If it’s lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, we may charge up to the item’s replacement value.

What if I lose an item or part?

Don't panic! Just email us at hello@easybub.co.uk and we’ll guide you through the next steps. 

For higher-value items, we recommend checking whether they’re covered by your home insurance or considering separate cover. If the item can’t be recovered, we may need to charge up to its replacement value. 

Whatever the situation, we’ll always do our best to find a fair outcome.

Payments & Pricing

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of booking.

Do I need to pay deposit?

Our items do not require a deposit.

Do you offer discounts for longer rentals?

Yes! The longer you rent, the better the value. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout, so you’ll always get the best price without needing to do anything extra.
