Choose the delivery date that works best for you at checkout - we’ll aim to have your items arrive right on time. We typically ship with DPD or Royal Mail, who deliver within 1–3 days. Since we rely on third-party couriers, we recommend allowing a little extra time (around 3 days) if you're ordering for a holiday or special event - just to be safe.

We understand that a bit of wear and tear is part of family life - light scratches or small marks are absolutely fine.

If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, we may need to charge you the estimated replacement value. For damage that can be repaired, if the repair cost exceeds £10, we may charge you for the repair.

We’ll always be fair and transparent, and we’ll never charge for minor signs of use.
